Promoting Resilience and Wellness for First Responders
-
Requesting Support
Reaching out is a sign of strength, not weakness. Our peer support team is made up of fellow first responders who understand the unique stressors of this job. Whether you’re dealing with a critical incident, ongoing stress, or just need someone who “gets it,” we’re here to listen. Conversations are confidential and judgment-free. You can connect with a peer supporter directly, or submit a request anonymously, whatever makes you the most comfortable.

Our Team
Our team is made up of firefighters, EMS providers, law enforcement officers, and dispatchers who have all chosen to step up and support their peers. Each member is trained in peer support, crisis intervention, and active listening, but more importantly, they’ve walked in your boots and understand the challenges of the job. Get to know the people behind the program, why they chose to serve on this team, and how they can support you when you need it most.
